Hi. I’m Kayla. Workshop facilitator, corporate executive, and Midwest mom of two boys who leads strategic planning by day and runs to and from hockey games by night.

Meet Kayla

A family of four standing together outdoors among Christmas trees, smiling at the camera.

I might have 20 years of experience in corporate leadership and relationship management, but it only took me one good bathroom breakdown and my toddler asking, “mom are you ok?” to realize I was climbing a ladder I didn’t want to be on anymore.

Quitting wasn’t an option. And I didn’t want to quit. I love the team I lead. But something had to change. So I started asking the right questions. I explored what else my company offered. I created opportunities for myself that I didn’t know existed. And now, I help you do the same.

I bring smart strategy, approachable guidance, and just enough humor to teams and female-led groups, making every workshop feel like a breath of corporate fresh air (trust me, it’s possible).

When I’m not designing workshops that help give women and teams the pivot plan they desperately need, you can find me leading my own corporate team, walking my dog, or sneaking in a workout before the morning chaos of my two young boys. I believe that a strong coffee, a stronger mindset, and a fresh set of nails can fix almost anything.
